Can I use mediteo Web and the mobile app at the same time/with one account?

Yes, a user account is required for this. Your personal CLICKDOC Account serves as the user account. Once you have created a CLICKDOC Account, you can log in to both the web app and the mobile app with the same credentials:

Login to the mobile app: open mediteo on your smartphone → “Profile” icon (top left) → Connect to CLICKDOC → Enter your credentials → Login 

If you are logged in to your CLICKDOC Account on the smartphone, the data synchronization takes place automatically at regular intervals or whenever you restart mediteo. You can also initiate the synchronization manually (on the page Treatments → Scroll all the way to the top → Pull down to refresh).

If you log in to the web app with the same account, you can view and edit the synchronized daily schedule, treatments and network data. Changes you have made in the web app will be displayed accordingly on your smartphone after you have synchronized the mobile app again.
