What should I do if my medication and/or the right settings for it are not available?

Should you receive no suggestions when typing the name of your medication, you have the possibility to add the medication manually. To do this, tap on the option “Add it anyway”, which will appear directly below the search bar. Please note however that we currently only have German, Italian and French medication in our database.

If you realise that the required settings are not available when adding your treatment, please contact us at [email protected]. Contacting us will help us to find out what other settings are important to you so that we can take them into account in future improvements to the app.
