What do the orange/red symbols and banners mean for my medication and how do I solve the problem?

mediteo sends you warning notifications which are shown on the treatments page. The following notifications are possible:

  • Red banner “Tap here to see entries that require your input”: you have medications with incomplete data or whose data have been changed. → Tap on the banner to see them and add missing data or apply the changes.
  • Orange “Duplicate” icon: You have at least one other drug with a different active ingredient but identical drug class in your list. → With these symbols, mediteo would like to draw your attention to the duplicate medication. Ask your doctor or pharmacist whether these notes are relevant for you!
  • Red symbol “Duplicate”: You have at least one other medication with the same active ingredient in your list. → With these symbols, mediteo would like to draw your attention to the duplicate medication. Ask your doctor or pharmacist whether these notes are relevant for you!
  • Orange/red symbol showing the current stock of your medication: The stock of this medication will soon run out. → Replenish your stock and enter the new stock in mediteo in the Refill reminder area
  • Orange/red “Check” icon: Check whether the medication can/must still be taken according to plan (e.g., stock, shelf life, expiration date) and contact your doctor if necessary.
