mediteo’s FAQs

How do all different reminders and notifications on mediteo work?

mediteo sends you different reminders depending on different settings, which open the app on the right page when you tap on it. Moreover, most of the reminders offer direct actions which are frequently used. The following is a detailed explanation of how reminders work for iOS and Android operating systems.

iOS

Intake reminder:

  • For each intake/measurement reminder/appointment reminder on the Daily, you will receive a reminder at the set time.
  • You can use a direct action (press and hold on the notification or swipe left and choose options) to directly confirm or snooze the intake.

Recurring reminders:

  • These reminders appear when an intake or reminder has not yet been confirmed.
  • You can enable or disable recurring reminders in the settings: More → Settings → Reminders → Recurring Reminders → Only intakes OR All intakes (for intake reminders incl. measurement reminders and appointment reminders).
  • In addition, you have the option to select how many recurring reminders you would like to receive.

Group reminders:

  • If you have more than one intake scheduled for the same time, you have the option of receiving only one reminder rather than several. You can enable group reminders in the settings: More → Settings → Reminders → Group reminders → on

Refill reminder:

  • If you are monitoring your supply, you will receive a reminder when a medication supply is running low. If you do not refill the medication or ignore the reminder, you will receive a reminder again on the following day.
You can open the current supply through direct action or temporarily turn off further reminders for that supply.

Appointment reminder:

  • You will receive a reminder in advance for every appointment on your Daily. You will set the exact time for every appointment.
