For security reasons, you must regularly log in to your CLICKDOC Account. By default, you must log in once a day. If you wish, you can activate the “Stay logged in for 30 days” option when logging in, in which case you only need to re-enter your password every 30 days. This is how it works:

Enter your e-mail address and password when registering
Tick the box “Stay logged in for 30 days”
Tap on “Log in”

This option only works if your device is protected with a password, pattern, Touch ID or Face ID. If your device is not protected yet, please set up a protection in your device’s settings.
