If the data synchronization does not take place, this could be due to several reasons:
- You were logged out of the mobile app and therefore the synchronization could not be performed. Please log in again and perform synchronization.
- You are not logged in with the same CLICKDOC Account in the mobile app and in the web app. Please log in with the same credentials on both platforms.
- You have stored data in your mobile app that cannot be synchronized by mediteo. Please note that the intake status (marked/not marked as taken) and diary data cannot currently be displayed in the web app. If the problem concerns data that can normally be synchronized, please contact [email protected].
- CLICKDOC is temporarily unavailable. Should this be the case for a longer time period and none of the reasons above apply, please contact [email protected].
