How can I change/reset my password?

If you have access to your CLICKDOC Account with your current password, but would like to change your password:

Once you have logged in, you can click on the user name (top right) → Security → Change password under “Password”

If you have forgotten your password and want to reset it:

Go to the login page https://app.mediteo.com/en/login and click on “Login” → “Forgot your password?” → Enter your email-address
You may also be asked to enter a super PIN (highest protection)
You will then receive a link to change your password at the email address you have provided. If you have set up a security question, you will have to answer it first.
If you are requested to enter a super PIN, this means that the highest protection is activated for your account. If you no longer have the super PIN, you will no longer be able to access your data for security reasons. In order to continue using your CLICKDOC Account, your account must be reset. Please note that this will delete all medical data in your account. To do this, click on “I don’t have a SUPER PIN or have forgotten it”, enter your email address and then click on “Continue”. CLICKDOC will send you an e-mail. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your CLICKDOC Account.
