The following information must be specified:

• Name (with manufacturer and active ingredient)
• >Long-term medication (days, times & quantity of your intakes) or as needed medication without defined intakes
• Start and end date of therapy
• Appearance with color and shape

In addition, we offer the following possibilities as an option:

• Automatic refill reminder in case of a low stock or on a concrete date
• Indications, reason, notes and photos
• Use and package information
