Create a CLICKDOC Account:

Go to the login page https://app.mediteo.com/de/login and click on “Register” → Fill out form → You will receive an email from CLICKDOC → Click on the link to create your account → Then go back to the login page → Sign in → Enter data → Login

Edit personal data:

Click on the username (top right) → My account → Profile → “Edit” under Profile data → Change data in profile → Save

Delete:

Click on the user name (top right) → My account → Profile → Delete account

If you have difficulty logging in or no longer have access to your account, you can send an e-mail directly to [email protected] with your e-mail address, the date of birth you used in your account and a request to delete your account. CLICKDOC will inform you as soon as your account has been deleted. CLICKDOC will notify you when your account has been deleted.

Please note that deleting your CLICKDOC Account will delete all data stored in CLICKDOC. This also applies to data stored using other apps that use CLICKDOC (e.g. My Health).
