How can I create/edit/delete my CLICKDOC Account?

You can manage your CLICKDOC Account in mediteo in the “Profile” area. If you have a CLICKDOC Account, your data (e.g. name, date of birth, …) will be transferred to your profile in mediteo.

Create:

“Profile” icon (top left) → Register → Fill in the form → You will receive an email from CLICKDOC → Click on the link to create your account → Then go back to your “Profile” in mediteo → Connect → Enter data → Log in

Edit personal data:

“Profile” symbol (top left) → Profile → Edit symbol (top right) → Edit the data in the profile → Save

Edit e-mail address:

If you are logged in with your CLICKDOC Account → “Profile” icon (top left) → CLICKDOC security settings → Change email address

Delete:

If you are logged in with your CLICKDOC Account → “Profile” icon (top left) → CLICKDOC security settings → Delete CLICKDOC Account

If you have difficulty logging in or no longer have access to your account, you can send an e-mail directly to [email protected] with your e-mail address, the date of birth you used in your account and a request to delete your account. CLICKDOC will inform you as soon as your account has been deleted.

Please note that deleting your CLICKDOC Account will delete all data stored in CLICKDOC. This also applies to data stored with the help of other apps that use CLICKDOC Account (e.g. My Health).
