3-10 Why do I have to log in every time?
If you are not kept signed in, this is due to one of these two reasons:
- Your device is not protected: for security reasons we cannot save your password. You should therefore protect your device with password, pattern, Touch ID, Face ID or similar.
- You use two-factor authentication for your CGM LIFE Account: for security reasons we cannot save the second factor. It is therefore currently recommended to log out and only log in temporarily for your synchronization.
