# Which data can I add to my medication?

mediteo Web offers you a wide range of possibilities. You can enter most of them directly when adding the medication (see How can I add/edit/stop/delete my medication?).

The following information must be specified:

- Name (with manufacturer and active ingredient)
- Long-term medication (days, times & quantity of your intakes) or as needed medication without defined intakes
- Start and end date of therapy
- Appearance with color and shape

 

In addition, we offer the following possibilities as an option:

- Indications, reason, notes and photos
- Use and package information
