# How can I create/edit/delete my CLICKDOC Account?

Create a CLICKDOC Account:

> Go to the login page [https://app.mediteo.com/de/login](https://app.mediteo.com/en/login) and click on “Register” → Fill out form → You will receive an email from CLICKDOC → Click on the link to create your account → Then go back to the login page → Sign in → Enter data → Login

Edit personal data:

> Click on the username (top right) → My account → Profile → "Edit" under Profile data → Change data in profile → Save

Delete:

> Click on the user name (top right) → My account → Profile → Delete account

If you have difficulty logging in or no longer have access to your account, you can send an e-mail directly to [support@clickdoc.de](mailto:support@clickdoc.de) with your e-mail address, the date of birth you used in your account and a request to delete your account. CLICKDOC will inform you as soon as your account has been deleted. CLICKDOC will notify you when your account has been deleted.

**Please note that deleting your CLICKDOC Account will delete all data stored in CLICKDOC.** This also applies to data stored using other apps that use CLICKDOC (e.g. My Health).
